She signed an agreement with Voices of the 21st Century; "Women Empowered" and with Women Speakers Association. She studied at Dallas Bible Theological Institute receiving an Advance Diploma, and a Biblical Counseling Certificate. She is a graduate of Children's Ministry Institute in Warrenton, Missouri receiving a degree in Teaching Children Effectively and earned a Master Teacher's Certificate.

She has written and published four books, "From Black and Blue to Christ, Glendoria's Creations, Wounded Lambs and Church House Poetry. She's been the featured speaker at many events locally and nationally. And, the featured guest at many poetry and spoken word events.

She currently writes Sunday School Summaries and Lesson Plans for the Great Commission Baptist Church in Fort Worth TX as well as teach a Life Group Class for the Women of Wisdom classroom. She volunteers her spare time as Vice President of the Foreign Mission Ministry of Great Commission Baptist, which she and her husband, Larry Boyd currently oversee, taking trips to Cap Haitian, Haiti to help with needs there.
Glendoria is an amazing woman of God who has taken on the role of caring for her disabled niece who suffers with Huntington's Disease. She is a certified caregiver, specializing in Huntington's patients and others with similar disabilities. In her quiet times she is sewing, making blankets and quilts and writing.
